ROADS (GENERAL) REGULATION 2000 - REG 42
Control of traffic on opening bridges
42 Control of traffic on opening bridges
(1) A roads authority or bridge operator may give such directions as appear
necessary for the regulation of traffic in relation to the opening and closing
of the bridge.
(2) A person must not contravene a lawful direction given to
the person under this clause. Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
