ROADS (GENERAL) REGULATION 2000 - REG 27
Leaving motor vehicles unattended
27 Leaving motor vehicles unattended
(1) A person who is in charge of a motor vehicle that is situated on a tollway
must not leave the vehicle unattended. Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
(2)
This clause does not prohibit a person from doing such things as are necessary
to enable the person to comply with the requirements of clause 29.
