ROADS (GENERAL) REGULATION 2000 - REG 24

24 Maximum penalty for not paying charge

If a charge payable for the use of a tollway by a motor vehicle is not paid to the toll operator on demand and within the time specified in the demand, the owner of the vehicle is guilty of an offence.

Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units.
