ROADS (GENERAL) REGULATION 2000 - REG 10
Minister’s approval required in certain cases
10 Minister’s approval required in certain cases
(1) A roads authority may not proceed with a proposal to name or rename a road
against an objection made by Australia Post, the Registrar-General or the
Surveyor-General or (in the case of a classified road) the RTA, except with
the approval of the Minister.
(2) This clause does not apply if the Minister
is the roads authority concerned.
