Service of notices relating to lease where proprietor of lease is bankrupt
16 Service of notices relating to lease where proprietor of lease is bankrupt
For the purposes of section 91 (2) and (5) of the Act, the prescribed manner
of serving a notice is by serving it in the manner provided in section 170 of
the Conveyancing Act 1919 .
