New South Wales Consolidated Regulations New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsThe Council shall not consent to a development application for a recreation vehicle area, unless it has considered:
(a) the provisions of the guidelines entitled “ Guidelines for Selection, Establishment and Maintenance of Recreation Vehicle Areas ” published by the Soil Conservation Service of N.S.W in September 1985, and
(b) the provisions of guidelines entitled “Recreation Vehicles Act 1983”, Guidelines for Selection, Design and Operation of Recreation Vehicle Areas published by the State Pollution Control Commission in September 1985.
