New South Wales Consolidated Regulations New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsThe amendment of this plan by the State Environmental Planning Policy (Rural Lands) 2008 does not affect any entitlement arising under a provision of this plan (as in force before that amendment) to erect a dwelling-house on a lot, if:
(a) the lot was created before that commencement, or
(b) development consent to the creation of the lot was applied for, or granted, before that commencement.
