New South Wales Consolidated Regulations New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsThe occupier of any premises in or on which any radiation apparatus or radioactive substance, not specified in Schedule 3, is kept must ensure that a warning sign in or to the effect of the form set out in Schedule 5 (with colouring as indicated in the note to that Schedule) is conspicuously displayed in the immediate vicinity of the apparatus or substance.
Maximum penalty: 25 penalty units.
