RADIATION CONTROL REGULATION 2003 - REG 14

14 Duty to comply with dose limits

An employer must ensure that each occupationally exposed person in his or her employ is not exposed to ionising radiation that exceeds the dose limits set out in Schedule 2.

Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units.
