Repeal and savings
24 Repeal and savings
(1) The Royal Botanic Gardens and Domain Trust Regulation 2002 is repealed.
(2) Any act, matter or thing that, immediately before the repeal of the Royal
Botanic Gardens and Domain Trust Regulation 2002 , had effect under (or was
done for the purposes of) that Regulation continues to have effect under (or
is taken to have been done for the purposes of) this Regulation.
