PASSENGER TRANSPORT REGULATION 2007 - REG 73
Alteration or defacement of tickets prohibited
73 Alteration or defacement of tickets prohibited
A person must not, with
intent to deceive, alter or deface a ticket or make a ticket illegible (or, in
the case of a ticket that has a magnetic strip or is a travelcard,
inoperative).
Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units.
