PASSENGER TRANSPORT REGULATION 2007 - REG 56
No removal of property
56 No removal of property
(1) A passenger must not remove any property of
the driver or operator from any public passenger vehicle. Maximum penalty: 5
penalty units.
(2) Subclause (1) does not apply to an authorised officer in
the execution of his or her duty.
