PASSENGER TRANSPORT REGULATION 2007 - REG 40

40 Driver to move and drive vehicles carefully

The driver of a public passenger vehicle must not:

(a) move the vehicle while any door is open, or

(b) negligently or wilfully move or drive or cause the vehicle to be moved or driven so that any person is subjected to the risk of injury.

Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units.
