Driver not to interfere with equipment of, or damage, vehicle
38 Driver not to interfere with equipment of, or damage, vehicle
The driver
of a public passenger vehicle must not:
(a) without reasonable excuse,
interfere with any equipment attached to, or forming part of, the vehicle, or
(b) wilfully damage any part of the vehicle.
Maximum penalty: 5 penalty
units.
