Limit on duration of tenders
30 Limit on duration of tenders
(1) Tenders must not be invited to cover a period of supply or disposal
exceeding 5 years without the prior approval, in writing, of the Minister.
(2) The approval of the Minister may be given for a particular case or class
of cases.
