Acceptance of tenders
28 Acceptance of tenders
(1) The Board may accept the tender that, in the opinion of the Board,
represents the best value for money.
(2) If the tender accepted is not the
lowest received, the Board must record in writing the reasons for not
accepting any such lower tender.
(3) The Board is not bound to accept any
tender and may invite fresh tenders.
