PUBLIC SECTOR MANAGEMENT (GOODS AND SERVICES) REGULATION 2000 - REG 24

24 Information concerning supply and disposal arrangements

(1) The Board may provide information to interested persons on the basis on which the public sector service manages the supply and disposal of goods and services.

(2) This section is subject to the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 1989 and any contractual obligation of the Board regarding confidentiality.
