Review by Board of supply and disposal
23 Review by Board of supply and disposal
(1) The Board may review the process by which goods and services are supplied
for, and goods are disposed of by, the public sector service for the purpose
of ensuring compliance with this Regulation.
(2) The Board may include in its
annual report particulars of any failure to comply with this Regulation or any
Board Direction.
