New South Wales Consolidated Regulations New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsThe holder of a real estate agent’s licence or a stock and station agent’s licence who was the holder of a real estate agent’s licence or stock and station agent’s licence under the Property, Stock and Business Agents Act 1941 immediately before the commencement of this clause is exempt from the provisions of section 21 (1) of the Act for a period of 6 months after the commencement of this clause or for such longer period as the Minister may direct by order in writing published in the Gazette.
