Poultry Meat Industry Regulation 2008 (446). GG No 129 of 9.10.2008, p 9867. Date of commencement, 9.10.2008, cl 2. The regulation (statutory rule) appointed 3 October 2008 as the date of its commencement. Pursuant to section 39 (2A) of the Interpretation Act 1987, the regulation is not invalid merely because the regulation was published in the Gazette after the day on which one or more of its provisions is or are expressed to take effect, but provides, in that case, for the provisions concerned to take effect from the day on which the instrument is published in the Gazette, instead of on and from the earlier day. This Regulation has been amended as follows:

2009 No 56 Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2009. Assented to 1.7.2009.
Date of commencement of Sch 2.45, 17.7.2009, sec 2 (2).
2010 No 61 Commercial Arbitration Act 2010. Assented to 28.6.2010.
Date of commencement, 1.10.2010, sec 1B and 2010 (541) LW 24.9.2010.
