PENRITH LOCAL ENVIRONMENTAL PLAN NO 201 (RURAL LANDS) - REG 32
Development of certain land off Horsley Road, Mt Vernon
32 Development of certain land off Horsley Road, Mt Vernon
(1) This clause applies to portions 62, 73 and 64, DP 62469, off Horsley Road,
Mt Vernon.
(2) The council must not grant consent to the subdivision of land
to which this clause applies unless the area of each allotment to be created
by the subdivision is not less than 1 hectare.
(3) The maximum number of lots
that can be created from the land to which this clause applies is 90.
