PARRAMATTA LOCAL ENVIRONMENTAL PLAN 1996 (HERITAGE AND CONSERVATION) - REG 9

9 What definitions apply?

(1) A term defined in the Dictionary has the same meaning when used in this plan.

(2) In this plan:

(a) a reference to a use of land includes a reference to a use of land of the same kind that is proposed, and

(b) a reference to a map is a reference to a map kept in the office of the Council.
