8 Amendment of Parramatta Planning Scheme Ordinance

The Parramatta Planning Scheme Ordinance is amended:

(a) by omitting clauses 77, 77G, 77HA and 77I (as inserted by Parramatta Local Environmental Plan No 198 published in Gazette No 34 of 24 March 1995 at pages 1693-4),

(b) by omitting Schedules 8, 9 and 12.
