5 Amendment of Parramatta Local Environmental Plan 1993 (Dundas Ward)

Parramatta Local Environmental Plan 1993 (Dundas Ward) is amended:

(a) by omitting from clause 5 (1) the definitions of "item of the environmental heritage" and "relic",

(b) by omitting clauses 11 (1) (d) and (3), 20 and 21,

(c) by omitting Schedule 1.
