PARRAMATTA LOCAL ENVIRONMENTAL PLAN 1996 (HERITAGE AND CONSERVATION) - REG 3

3 Land to which plan applies

(1) This plan applies to all land situated within the local government area of the City of Parramatta.

(2) However, this plan does not apply to land within the City Centre, Harris Park, Government, Camellia or Rydalmere Precincts within the meaning of Sydney Regional Environmental Plan No 28-Parramatta .
