65 Transporting bodies
(1) A person must not use, or agree to the use of, a vehicle (other than a
hearse or body collection vehicle) for transporting a body that the person has
reason to believe is infected with a prescribed infectious disease without
informing the owner or driver of the vehicle that the body is so infected.
(a) if the funeral director has reason to believe the body is infected with a
prescribed infectious disease--ensure that the bag or wrapping in which the
body is placed is clearly and indelibly marked with the words "PRESCRIBED
INFECTIOUS DISEASE--HANDLE WITH CARE", and
