PUBLIC HEALTH REGULATION 2012 - REG 53

53 Prescribed infectious diseases

In this Division,
"prescribed infectious disease" means any of the following diseases--

(a) avian influenza in humans,

(b) diphtheria,

(b1) Middle East Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus,

(c) plague,

(d) respiratory anthrax,

(e) Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome,

(f) smallpox,

(g) tuberculosis,

(h) any viral haemorrhagic fever (including Lassa, Marburg, Ebola and Crimean-Congo fevers).
