Notification of test results-prescribed tests

8 Notification of test results-prescribed tests

For the purposes of section 16 (1) (a) of the Act, any diagnostic test on the following substances, or any constituent of the following substances, is a prescribed test:

(a) human blood,
(b) human cells,
(c) human tissue,
(d) other bodily substances.
