New South Wales Consolidated Regulations New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsFor the purposes of section 14 (2) (b) of the Act, the prescribed period is, where the person about whom the particulars have been recorded:
(a) was 18 years of age or over-10 years, or
(b) was less than 18 years of age-10 years starting on the person’s eighteenth birthday, or
(c) was still-born-10 years starting on the date of birth, or
(d) died before turning 18-10 years starting on the date of the person’s death.
