PHOTO CARD REGULATION 2005 - REG 4A

4A Fee exemption for eligible pensioners

(1) An eligible pensioner is not required to pay a fee in respect of the pensioner’s Photo Card (whether it is a new Photo Card or a replacement).

(2) In this clause:
"eligible pensioner" has the same meaning as it has in the Motor Vehicles Taxation Act 1988 .
