POISONS AND THERAPEUTIC GOODS REGULATION 2008 - REG 167

167 Licences
(1) A licence is to be in the form for the time being approved
by the Secretary.
(2) A licence to manufacture drugs of addiction authorises
the manufacturer to supply drugs that are manufactured under the licence,
subject to the conditions of the licence.
(3) A licence remains in force
until suspended, cancelled or surrendered.
