Order that seized goods be forfeited
150 Order that seized goods be forfeited
(1) A Magistrate may order that
seized goods specified in the order be forfeited to the State on the
expiration of any period so specified.
(2) Such an order does not have effect
in respect of any goods that have been released under this Division.
(3)
Before a Magistrate makes an order under this clause, the Magistrate may
require such notice as he or she thinks fit to be given to such persons as he
or she considers appropriate.
