Animals not permitted on premises
145 Animals not permitted on premises
(1) A person who uses any premises for
preparing, handling or supplying therapeutic goods must not cause or permit
any animal to be in those premises. : Maximum penalty--10 penalty units.
(2)
This clause does not apply to the premises of a veterinary practitioner.
