PUBLIC AUTHORITIES (FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS) REGULATION 2005 - REG 54
Statutory guarantee
54 Statutory guarantee
(1) Any financial accommodation obtained by an authority from the Treasury
Corporation (otherwise than in a form specified in section 22A (1) (a) or (b)
of the Act) is prescribed for the purposes of section 22A (1) (c) of the Act.
(2) This clause applies to financial accommodation whenever obtained.
