PUBLIC AUTHORITIES (FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS) REGULATION 2005 - REG 49

49 Investment powers of authorities

For the purposes of section 24 of the Act:

(a) an authority referred to in Schedule 2 is declared to have, in respect of all or specified funds of or under the control of the authority, the investment powers described in Part 2 of Schedule 4 to the Act, and

(b) an authority referred to in Schedule 3 is declared to have, in respect of all or specified funds of or under the control of the authority, the investment powers described in Part 3 of Schedule 4 to the Act, and

(c) an authority referred to in Schedule 4 is declared to have, in respect of all or specified funds of or under the control of the authority, the investment powers described in Part 4 of Schedule 4 to the Act.
