New South Wales Consolidated Regulations New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsA controller of premises that contains asbestos or asbestos-containing material must ensure that risk assessment and control measures are carried out in accordance with the document entitled Code of Practice for the Management and Control of Asbestos in the Workplace[NOHSC: 2018 (2005)] published by the NOHS Commission, as in force from time to time.
Maximum penalty: Level 4.
