OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATION 2001 - REG 358A

358A Sharing of information between WorkCover and Department of Primary Industries

(1) WorkCover may, in connection with the administration or execution of the Act, provide any information concerning this Regulation to the Department of Primary Industries.

(2) The Department of Primary Industries may, in connection with the administration or execution of the Act, provide any information concerning this Regulation to WorkCover.
