NATIVE VEGETATION REGULATION 2005 - REG 44

44 Amendments to Schedule 1 to the Act

Schedule 1 to the Act is amended:

(a) by omitting items 1, 2, 3 and 6, and

(b) by omitting “Wollongong,” from item 13, and

(c) by inserting “, not being land to which a property vegetation plan applies” after “so designated” in item 14.
