24 Adoption of Minister’s Assessment Methodology

(1) The Assessment Methodology is adopted for the purposes of this Regulation.

(2) In this Part:
"Assessment Methodology" means the methodology titled Environmental Outcomes Assessment Methodology approved by the Minister for the purpose of providing a methodology for assessing and determining whether proposed broadscale clearing will improve or maintain environmental outcomes, as in force and as published in the Gazette on 4 March 2011.
