NEWCASTLE LOCAL ENVIRONMENTAL PLAN 2003 - REG 2
Land to which plan applies
2 Land to which plan applies
(1) This plan applies to all land within the City of Newcastle, except as
provided by subclause (2).
(2) This plan does not apply to land to which
Newcastle City Centre Local Environmental Plan 2008 applies.
