What uses are permissible on unzoned land?
9A What uses are permissible on unzoned land?
(1) A person must not carry out development on unzoned land without the
consent of the consent authority.
(2) The consent authority may grant consent
required by subclause (1) only for development that may be carried out with or
without the consent of the consent authority on land immediately adjoining
that unzoned land that is within a zone identified on the map.
(3) In this
clause:
"unzoned land" means land that is not identified on the map as being within a
zone.
