New South Wales Consolidated Regulations New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsIn the preparation of a draft local environmental plan involving an alteration to the zoning of land which could give rise to the need for bus services or the revision of existing bus services, the council should take into consideration the guidelines in Technical Bulletin 19-Planning for Bus Services (published in 1989 by the Department of Planning and the Ministry of Transport at that time) to ensure that the draft plan allows for the provision of an adequate and efficient bus route system.
