New South Wales Consolidated Regulations New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsFor the purposes of section 36 (3) of the Act, the application of section 265 of the Fisheries Management Act 1994 is modified so that a reference to a forfeiture offence in that section is to be read as a reference to a contravention of any of the following provisions:
(a) section 20G (1) or (2) of the Act,
(b) a provision of this Regulation or the Marine Parks (Zoning Plans) Regulation 1999 , the contravention of which is designated as:(i) a serious offence for the purposes of section 17A of the Act, or(ii) a forfeiture offence.
