MARINE PARKS (ZONING PLANS) REGULATION 1999 - REG 1.39

1.39 Fish attracting devices

A person must not leave any floating device or floating structure unattended in a marine park except with the consent of the relevant Ministers.

Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
