MANAGEMENT OF WATERS AND WATERSIDE LANDS REGULATIONS--N.S.W. - REG 45A
Notices
(1) The legal representative or the trustee in bankruptcy of the holder of an
occupation licence shall as soon as practicable give notice in writing to the
Board of the death of, or sequestration of the estate of, the holder, as the
case may be.
(2) The holder of an occupation licence shall as soon as
practicable give notice in writing to the Board of the sale of the
floating object, apparatus or vessel in respect of which the licence was
issued.
