20 Restrictive signals
(2) Where a vessel is being docked or undocked at a dock in or adjoining any
enclosed water, the person in charge of operations shall cause the “dock
working” signal described in the Second Schedule to these Regulations to be
displayed at the entrance to the dock and if he fails to do so shall be guilty
of an offence against these Regulations.
