MENTAL HEALTH REGULATION 2007 - REG 3

3 Definitions

(1) In this Regulation:
"approved form" means a form approved by the Minister.
"Form" means a form set out in Schedule 1.
"the Act" means the Mental Health Act 2007 .

(2) Notes included in this Regulation do not form part of this Regulation.
