LIQUOR REGULATION 2008 - REG 38A

38A Extended trading periods for hotels and clubs

For the purposes of section 13 of the Act, the period of 2 hours from 10pm until midnight on any of the following days is prescribed as a period during which liquor may be sold or supplied for consumption on the premises to which a hotel licence or club licence relates:

(a) Sunday 22 January 2012 (but only for hotels or club premises in the Tamworth Regional local government area),

(b) Sunday 29 January 2012,

(c) Sunday 5 February 2012,

(d) Sunday 12 February 2012,

(e) Sunday 19 February 2012,

(f) Sunday 26 February 2012,

(g) Sunday 4 March 2012.
