Standard form reports by external examiners
67 Standard form reports by external examiners
(1) If the
designated local regulatory authority publishes a standard form for an
external examiner's report, each external examiner must report in accordance
with that form.
(2) The designated local regulatory authority may, in writing
given to an external examiner, exempt the examiner from the requirement to
report in accordance with the standard form.
