22 Application for practising certificate by Crown Solicitor requires report
by Auditor-General
(1) An application by the Crown Solicitor for a practising certificate must be
accompanied by a report of the Auditor-General stating: (a) that the
Auditor-General has inspected the records kept under clause 106 during the
year that ended on the last preceding 31 March, and
(b) whether the
Auditor-General is of the opinion that the records have been kept as directed
under clause 106.
(2) A report under this clause may be provided by the
Deputy Auditor-General or an Assistant Auditor-General if the Auditor-General
so approves.
